GTS provides the following technical support services to the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) for the US Navy's newest Navigational Radar System, AN/SPS-73 (V) Surface Search Radar System:
- Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance in response to fleet CASREPs.
- Subject Matter Experts: Provide Maintenance Training and Operator Training to military and civilian personnel.
- Curriculum Development: Assist OEM (Raytheon) and other contractors in developing Instructor Guides, Student Guides and View Graphs.
- ILS support: Review and develop technical manuals and IETMs.
GTS provides engineering and technical support for the US Coast Guard’s AN/SPQ-12 Radar Display and Distribution Systems (RADDS)/Enhanced Radar Display and Distribution System (ERADDS), Ship’s Command and Control System (SCCS), radar systems and navigation systems. Technical Support services include:
- Programmatic support
- Installation
- Troubleshooting and repair
- Engineering research
- Testing and evaluation of hardware and software
- System upgrades
- Performance of system grooms (equipment “tune ups”)
- System Operational Verification Tests (SOVT’s)
- Installation of Engineering Changes
- Development of test procedures

GTS conducts twelve RADDS/ERADDS grooms per year, timely response to Casualty Reports (CASREPs), on-site technical assistance, scheduling, management, and engineering research on the AN/SPQ-12 installed system.
