Job Description:
The successful candidate must possess the following:

Our Virginia Beach, VA location is currently seeking a talented, energetic, detail oriented and creative Proposal/Technical Writer with graphics experience to help our company on its growth path. The writer will be responsible for the overall development of proposals, content on GTS website, writing white papers and other technical documentation such as technical manuals, test plans and procedures.
Job Description:
- Support engineering proposal development by leading and writing technical management and past performance proposal sections that are comprehensive, organized, persuasive, compliant and meet internal and external deadlines.
- Coordinate with managers and subject matter experts to facilitate efficient flow of information.
- Coordinate documentation projects, including initial planning, writing and editing, reviewing and revising, creating graphics and indexing.
- Create, edit and rewrite material to ensure readability for proposals, white papers, briefs, brochures, presentations, articles and user documentation.
- Create website content.
- Edit for consistency, proper use of terminology, style, content, clarity, grammar, punctuation and syntax and compliance with customer requirements.
- Respond to customer technical questions regarding proposals and respond.
- Assist in editing policies and procedural documentation.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Demonstrated excellence in writing skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in engineering proposal writing, in a high tech environment.
- An understanding of all essential aspects of the government procurement process.
- Experience collaborating and coordinating with subject matter experts and technical personnel to assist in the creation of design documents and technical specifications.
- Ability to analyze, interpret and simplify technical information and clearly communicate in layman’s terms.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in English, Communication, Marketing or a technical discipline.

Our St. Petersburg location is currently seeking an experienced Project Financial Analyst for our Airborne & Space Division. This position will provide financial, contractual and other administrative support to the VP, Controller, managers and other team members within the company. DoD security clearance may be required.
Job Description:
- Record and monitor individual program expenditures and manage financial data on all divisional government contracts.
- Ensure contractual reporting requirements are prepared and submitted in accordance with the contract.
- Track and analyze incurred costs versus proposed costs.
- Perform data analysis; update budgets and forecasts; ensure accuracy of all financial data.
- Prepare and update budgets, forecasts and contract ETC’s as required.
- Analyze funding, period of performance and other contractual obligations.
- Prepare Cost Estimates and baseline proposal cost and pricing.
- Track milestone completion for costs and revenue.
- Communicate project/contract status and action items to team.
- Respond to customer and management inquiries on financial and contractual analysis.
- Special projects and other tasks as required.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 4 years prior experience in DoD with federal Government contracts management and issues.
- Proficiency in tracking project costs and managing data.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple assignments in a demanding environment and function effectively under rigid deadlines.
- Proven experience preserving confidential and/or sensitive information.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Excel to develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be detail oriented.
